Missing those times that we had...
I've been thinking alot during this month till now. Been missing the times when friends gathered and have fun together. Always carrying hopes and dreams ahead of me. So I won't lose hope and be pessimistic.
I finally signed up for driving lessons on 30th Sept after dad nagging for two years. Even before I turned 18. Everyone always feel that I'm so lucky to be able to learn driving at this age as my dad sponsoring for it. But behind this lies the real truth. I feel so scared to face the future, so afraid that the future is coming nearer, but no one will ever understand this complicated feelings. I want the freedom to choose my ideal career, to do the things I like without restriction, to go to church as and when I like, to have my ultimate freedom. However, all these seem to be so far away, seem to be like the cars on the road driving further and further away till they are out of sight. What should I do? Go against my dad's decision or remain quiet to bear with all these?
It has been long since I went to watch movie. Rob-B-Hood is a nice show so I decided to catch it with kio at the Cathay on 4th Oct. I have been laughing all the way throughout the movie.

5th Oct, one day before the mid-autumn festival, I met up with Ping and here we go, intending to shop for mooncakes after my attachment work. We ended up at Marina Square having appetizing dinner. Meals at MOF (Ministry of Food) My Izakaya. It's worth the money and we will be back there again. We ended up rushing to Hougang to get my last minute mooncakes for the celebration event the next day. Thanks dearest Ping for accompanying me & always hearing me out when I faced problems or feeling down.

This year mid-autumn festival fell on 6th Oct and it was a friday. Although it was an ideal day, but we don't get to have the ideal weather. The smoky haze has made a lot of people feeling uncomfortable and yet, a lot of people still burn things to celebrate mid-autumn festival. Making the weather even more hazy. So ironical. Anyway, Ping, Ling, kio, Kenny, Ah Gu, Warric & me still make it a point to celebrate this day. Somehow, remembered the days when we were in secondary 2, celebrating mid-autumn festival together as well. We ended up at a garden near ling's place. It was a pity that I need to leave first with Warric. Thanks for accompanying me!
The strawberry mooncake that I have brought along.
Warric making of the mini rocket. Haha...
The hazy weather became worse the next day when my church was having the mid-autumn festival event on a saturday night. I went over to church earlier that morning to help in decorating the place. I felt so happy that I was able to bring my mum over to church and let her know that I enjoyed going to church although I was not ready to tell her that I became a Christian. I guess God will give me the right time to break the news to her. I know she will be able to accept it, but not sure for my dad. Christian peeps, pray for me ok? Overall, We had a fun time in church that night. Thanks God & everyone who were present that day!
That's my good friend in church. Wenling. I remember you.

I made my first trip to Vivo City on 10th Oct with Cheryl. It is a new shopping centre at Harbour Front and a lot of shops were still not opened yet. Too bad that the shopping centre is only from B2- L3. Probably the soil over there is not strong enough to hold more levels. Haha..

Somehow, I felt so sad and troubled so I decided to have a haircut on a monday blues on 16th Oct. Have a nice haircut really felt less stress. Cool. Change my hair style. Have my fringe cut. I'll have more changes as days goes by.
I miss this look of mine. But I have to change myself for some reasons.
After the haircut. Do I look better and different?
On the 18th Oct, I met up with Yan, Jia & Ping to get Ling's birthday present. Hope she likes the present from us.
To a special someone. Ah kio! Thanks for being with me throughout these years. For being able to forgive me, to bear with my nonsense and to sacrifice so much for me although I have done so much wrongs to you. Half a decade don't come easy. 19thOct.
Kio & me.
Thanks for the webcam!
WOW, Wild on wheels, event has just ended on 20th Oct. Being the publicity rep for NP, it wasn't been an easy task. I have been calling, smsing & sending emails to a lot of people from the PEP group. However, I was glad to be called to do God's work. To evangelise so that more people will come to hear the gospels that God is Great! His Salvation plans for everyone who believes and trusted Him! 83 non-christians heard the gospels and 29 of them decided to know more about Him. 107 people participated in the game event. It was a nice experience. God's love will moved His people!
